Overview 

         The SLD02 video playback system offers digital signage capabilities in a compact network-capable package. Interface with new customers through dynamic signage or download online data -- it's all possible with the SLD02. The SLD02 Network MPEG playback system can store and load DVD-quality audio and video (MPEG1/2/4, MP3, JPEG) from Compact Flash cards up to 4GB, perfect for broadcasting solutions. 

         Traditional PC Signage solution requires a dedicated PC for each display. This solution is not only more expensive but also more cumbersome. PCs leave a larger footprint in price, space, as well as maintenance. Single PC solutions only display the same content across multiple screens. There are still costs associated in adding multiple displays.         

          The SLD02 online features make it the video playback system with the most flexibility and its quality manufacturing guarantees reliability for information kiosks, dynamic signage, and other video playback tasks. With ethernet connection and file transfer capabilities, all media content files can be pulled (downloaded) from a host content server to multiple networked players and then stored into CF memory cards. You can then replay the contents repeatedly according to playlists file sequence and pre-defined time schedule.

          All of this is made possible with CAT (Client Administration Tool), a powerful program that is used to drive the SLD02. It is thoroughly engaging and yet user friendly, and as the robust centerpiece behind SLD02's network features, CAT's multifaceted capabilities make the SLD02 one of the most diverse digital signage products on the market.
