RackmountNet.com online purchase Mail-In Rebate offer is valid only for eligible U.S. online purchases during valid mail-in rebate offer periods while supplies last and no substitutions or rain checks. Offer may not be combined with all other offers or discounts available from RackmountNet.com. Rebate application form must be fully completed and must include a copy of your invoice. Keep copies of all materials sent. Materials received become the property of LZS global services Inc and will not be returned. Limit One (1) rebate on qualified purchases per customer per month. LZS is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail. Request must be postmarked within 30 days of product purchase date. Any claims postmarked after 30 calendar days after product purchase date will not be processed. If terms and conditions are not met, rebate will not be sent. Any purchase that is returned or exchanged is no longer eligible for a rebate, and amount of rebate may be deducted from credit for returned item. Rebate checks are ordinarily processed within 8 weeks. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued. To qualify for this rebate you must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older. Only actual purchaser on the invoice of the qualifying products may participate in this rebate program.
