RMA Policy:

Credit is allowed only for return that is in good and resalable condition. Credit will only be given within 15 days from the Invoice date.

All chassis products showing signs of modification or usage will not be replacement or credited.

All acceptable returned goods will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

All returned products without original packaging and complete accessories will get no credit or replacement.

All RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
