Introduction
AIC XJ-SA24-448R is designed to provide a ultra-density 48-drive enclosure in a 4U form factor and at per/drive price points substantially better than standard single density enclosures. It supports up to 24TB of storage capacity at 48Gbps host bandwidth across dual hot-swappable expander modules. XJ-SA24-448R supports SAS and SATA drive tiers. The dual density two-drive carrier provides front access hot swap insertion and removal of the disk drives and allows a compact high-density footprint. It is an ideal platform for SAN and NAS applications that require high density and high performance online storage and network infrastructure support.
